The main budget payments for the district were provided by Open Joint Stock Company "Lepel Dairy and Canned Goods Plant" - 19.2%, Lepel Branch of Open Joint Stock Company "Belagroprombank" - 2.7%, organizations of the Lepel District Consumer Society - 4.8%.
The main revenue source of the budget is income tax, with receipts amounting to 32,303.4 million rubles. Profit tax receipts amounted to 15,772.0 million rubles, which is 4.2 times higher than the 2011 level.
The increase in land tax and property tax rates by the District Council of Deputies allowed for an additional attraction of 2,227.4 million rubles.
Targeted placement of temporarily free funds in deposit accounts provided an additional budget revenue of 849.6 million rubles, including 151.4 million from rural councils.
Budget loan arrears amounted to 5,059.7 million rubles, including overdue loans of 3,893.2 million.
For 9 months, expenditures amounted to 161,234.0 million rubles. Annual planned allocations for salary payments were utilized at 87%, for utility payments, food, and medical supplies - 68.3%, for the purchase of soft furnishings and equipment, and for current building and premises repairs - 95%.
