Waste collection areas will be equipped at memorial complexes and burial sites, containers will be installed, weeds will be mown, the surface of pavements, pedestrian streets, squares, and crossings will be repaired, and small architectural forms will be installed. The events will be held as part of the ecological campaign "Let's Improve Our Small Motherland!", which has been joined by every settlement in the Vitebsk region.
Other events are also planned. 260 sports and children's playgrounds will be installed or repaired in the courtyards of apartment buildings, more than 9 thousand trees and shrubs will be planted, and more than 1.2 thousand waste collection containers will be installed. More than 72 thousand sq.m of the street road network are to be updated, and 342 dilapidated and vacant houses will be demolished. Livestock farms and complexes will be brought into proper condition in rural areas.

Territories along roads and railways, recreation areas, including those on water bodies, will not be neglected. Where necessary, warning signs, waste collection containers, public toilets will be installed, access roads, driveways, parking lots will be organized, and sports and children's playgrounds and toilets will be equipped.
In the territories of gardening associations, garage and other consumer cooperatives, waste collection sites will be arranged and containers for separate waste collection will be installed. In garage cooperatives of five districts, 27 containers for storing used oil will be installed. The fight against Sosnowski's hogweed will continue in the region using manual, mechanical, and chemical methods.
