Here, 21 power lines, 396 transformer substations, and 30 farms were disconnected. In total, 174 settlements were de-energized. As of 06:00 on April 3, 1 power line, 3 transformer substations, and 3 settlements in the Orsha district remained de-energized. Restoration work is ongoing.
