Over 70 participants will gather for the final of the republican sports and patriotic game "Zarnitsa" in Polotsk district, the press center of the Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization informed a BELTA correspondent. The event will take place from 20 to 28 August at the Polotsk Border Guard Detachment, military unit 2034. The best of the best will compete for victory - 7 winning teams from regional stages, representing all regions and Minsk. Teenagers will participate in competitions such as "Standing Review" (drill training), "Sniper", "Combat Leaflet", "Olympic Score", "Field Game" (orienteering, tourist relay), "Safety on Streets and Roads", and will also demonstrate their intellectual potential in a separate block of tasks. The days filled with competitions will be diversified with excursions to border outposts and engaging master classes, adding new impressions and positive emotions. The closing ceremony of the "Zarnitsa" game and the awarding of teams will take place on 25 August at the Central Square of Polotsk. The end of the game will be marked for all participants and organizers by an evening Pioneer Friendship campfire, where the children will be able to exchange souvenirs, sing songs, and play educational games. The event is organized by the Central Council of the Public Association "Belarusian Republican Pioneer Organization" in conjunction with the State Border Committee, the Ministries of Emergency Situations, Education, Internal Affairs, Defense, Health, and Sport and Tourism.-0-
