Over Br370 thousand has been allocated from the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth to pay incentives and provide a grant. The relevant decision of the special fund's council has been approved by an order signed by the Head of State, Alexander Lukashenko. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The allocated financial resources are intended for the payment of 40 incentives (35 special prizes and 5 grand prizes to 9 creative groups and 31 representatives of talented youth) and the provision of a grant for the organisation and implementation of the children's and youth cultural and educational project "We are the Musical Future of the Country".
The fund's incentives recognise the winners of international and republican creative competitions and festivals.
The grant has been allocated to the state institution "Minskconcert" for the implementation of a joint creative project by the M.Ya. Finberg National Academic Orchestra of Symphonic and Popular Music of the Republic of Belarus with students from children's art schools in the city of Minsk and the regions, as well as laureates and scholarship holders of the special fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.
The order is evidence of the state's attention to creating conditions for the search, development, and education of talented youth, stimulating their creative activity, professional growth, and development.
