The Bog Dweller, the Bison Savely, and Lush Pancakes. The Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve is preparing to celebrate Maslenitsa

The one-day programme "E-ge-gay! Maslenitsa!" will start at the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve on February 22 and run until March 9.

Guests can expect an engaging Maslenitsa animation programme featuring traditional characters such as Spring and Winter, as well as characters unique to the reserve – Bolotnik, the Bear, and the Wolf.

In addition to Maslenitsa festivities, educational excursions are prepared, which will begin at the Nature Museum. During the excursion to the "Forest Zoo" and "Domestic Animal Zoo" enclosures, visitors will have the opportunity to meet the mighty European bison Savely and the pony Ponchik.

"Guests will have a unique opportunity to ride the new tourist train, which will swiftly transport them from the museum to the enclosures. All participants of the programme, enjoying the fresh reserve air, will be offered delicious fluffy pancakes," announce the organisers.
