Organizations of all forms of ownership, including individual developers, have built 105 apartments with a total area of ten thousand 499 square meters, which is 83.7 percent compared to January-September of last year.
The main sources of housing construction financing are bank loans and the population's own funds. Thus, due to loans for January-September of the current year, four thousand 219 square meters were built, and due to the population's own funds – six thousand 112 square meters of housing.
