Further development of the online ticket sales system is planned, including the possibility of refunding electronic tickets. Refunds can be processed directly in the personal account on the Belarusian Railway website. Passengers will be able to return the entire order or some electronic tickets from it. In this case, the funds due for the return of travel documents will be credited to the bank card used to purchase the electronic ticket.
The press service also reported that in the near future, the information system "Current Train Schedule for Urban, Regional, Interregional and International Lines of the Corporate Website of Belarusian Railway" will be implemented in trial operation. Passengers will have online access to a unified train schedule for all types of services, which will also include a search for routes with transfers.
