Belarusian entrepreneurs are showing interest in investing in projects in the Braslav district, as reported to BELTA correspondent by the Braslav District Executive Committee. At the III International Conference on Cross-Border Cooperation and Investment Activity Development, opening in Braslav on September 23, it is expected that several agreements will be concluded, with domestic private enterprises and individual entrepreneurs as signatories. Thus, with their assistance, it is planned to construct hotel and restaurant complexes in Braslav in 2012, and erect a wind turbine in the village of Krasnogorka. Representatives of business circles from Russia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland have confirmed their participation in the international conference. Investment projects of Braslav District Consumer Society, Braslav Lakes National Park, and local private businesses will be presented to businessmen.
