Honouring of front-runners and veterans took place at the Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant

On the eve of the professional holiday – Machine Builder's Day – a celebratory event dedicated to honouring production leaders and industry veterans was held at the open joint-stock company "Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant".

The quality and reliability of the Lepel RMZ products, the achievement of high production results, and the successful resolution of social issues are ensured by the labour, vast experience of a large and friendly team of workers, engineers, and other specialists of all levels of the plant. These are people with an unbending character and iron determination. The professional holiday is an occasion to say a heartfelt "thank you!" to them.

Opening the festive part of the celebration, the Deputy Director of OJSC "Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant", Tatsiana Vorabiova, noted that today the enterprises of the machine-building complex of Belarus are doing one big and important job – developing, implementing, and producing products that are in demand in various sectors of the economy and in everyday human life.

-- I wish our enterprise prosperity, stability, confident progress, strengthening of established and creation of new promising connections. And to you personally, dear colleagues and veterans of the enterprise, – good health and peaceful skies over our native Belarus, – wished Tatsiana Valeryeuna.

The Deputy Director also opened the award ceremony for the best employees of the plant. For many years of service and in connection with being awarded the title "Veteran of the Plant", the forklift driver Fiodar Azaronak was awarded an Honorary Certificate of OJSC "Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant". The enterprise's watchman, Iryna Yushko, was also awarded the same honour.

The cleaner Zoya Khudiakova was also invited to the stage. The woman was awarded an Honorary Certificate for many years of service, and was also awarded the title "Honorary Veteran of the Plant".

The award ceremony was continued by an invited guest – a representative of the open joint-stock company "Minsk Tractor Works", Vadzim Ziazulia. Vadzim Aleksandrovich also expressed words of congratulations and gratitude to the employees of the Lepel Plant, noting the huge contribution of our compatriots to

uninterrupted and confident operation of the country's machine-building industry.

Next, production frontrunners were invited to the stage. For many years of conscientious work, professionalism, and a significant personal contribution to solving the tasks facing the industrial sector of Belarus, the Gratitude of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus was presented to Viktor Skibsky, a machine tool operator of automatic and semi-automatic machines, 6th grade.

Anna Khrapovitskaya, a gear cutter, 3rd grade, also received her award – an Honorary Diploma from the management of the Minsk Tractor Works. The woman earned special recognition for her many years of work and significant contribution to the organisation of work on the production and sale of manufactured products.

The celebration continued with the honouring of veterans of the repair and mechanical plant. They took honoured seats in the front rows in the assembly hall. Over the decades of the enterprise's existence, dozens of Lepel residents have been listed among the veterans of the machine-building industry. Not all, but many, of course, arrived at the celebration. Galina Gridyushko, Tatyana Ivshina, Raisa Baboed, Tatyana Tarasevich, Galina Lantseva, Nikolai Klimintionok, Anatoly Kuzmich, Viktor Galay, Olga Galchuk, Tatyana Makarenko, Faina Bereznyatskaya, and many others – these are the people who, holding various positions, dedicated many years of their lives to their chosen profession. At one time, it was they who did everything possible to make the enterprise known throughout the country. The veterans who arrived at the celebration were invited to the stage, thanked for their work, and presented with sweet gifts.

The celebration in honour of the upcoming Machine Builder's Day was held in a heartfelt and warm atmosphere. A concert prepared by teachers and students of the Lepel Children's Art School was a gift for the plant workers.

The Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant today is a successful enterprise, the main focus of which is the production of spare parts and the restoration of agricultural machinery components, as well as the production of units and parts for agricultural machinery. In addition to the main products, the plant also manufactures additional ones – landscaping elements, stands, items for sports grounds, and furniture.
