Four districts of the Vitebsk region have been affected by strong winds, the press secretary of the Vitebsk Regional Emergency Situations Department, Marina Fondo, told a BELTA correspondent. As a result of strong gusty winds passing through the region, power outages occurred in four districts of the region. As of 6:00 on 14 March, the following areas remained without electricity: Vitebsk district, where 1 power line and four transformer substations were disconnected; Shumilino district - one power line, four transformer substations, three settlements, one farm; Orsha district - three power lines, five settlements, nine transformer substations; Tolochin district - three power lines, 25 transformer substations, 17 settlements. In total, 8 power lines, 42 transformer substations, 25 settlements, and one farm were disconnected. Four units of equipment and 12 people were involved in restoring the power supply. The restoration of electricity supply is planned to be completed today.-0-
