With the season for collective hunts and waterfowl hunting in full swing, the Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora reminds citizens once again that, in accordance with paragraph 51 of the Hunting Regulations:
When hunting, a citizen must have with them:
a state permit for the right to hunt;
documents confirming the payment of state duty for the provision of the right to hunt in accordance with paragraph 53 of these Regulations;
a hunting permit or authorisation and a hunting permit attached to the authorisation, issued to this citizen (or the citizen must be indicated in the hunting permit attached to the authorisation held by the hunt leader);
an internal affairs body permit for the storage and carrying of hunting weapons when hunting with personal weapons, or a permit for the carrying of hunting weapons and ammunition for them, obtained for temporary use during hunting from the hunting grounds user in the manner established by the Ministry of Forestry jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when hunting with their use.
Hunting conducted by a citizen without obtaining the documents specified in the first part of this paragraph is considered hunting without a proper permit, which entails consequences according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
