With the season for group hunts and waterfowl hunting in full swing, the Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora hereby reminds citizens that, in accordance with paragraph 51 of the Hunting Regulations:

With the season for group hunts and waterfowl hunting in full swing, the Lepel Inter-district Inspectorate for the Protection of Fauna and Flora hereby reminds citizens that, in accordance with paragraph 51 of the Hunting Regulations:

 When hunting, a citizen must have with them:

a state certificate for the right to hunt;

documents confirming the payment of the state duty for the provision of the right to hunt in accordance with paragraph 53 of these Regulations;

a hunting permit or authorisation and a hunting permit attached to the authorisation, issued to this citizen (or the citizen must be indicated in the hunting permit attached to the authorisation held by the hunt leader);

an internal affairs authority permit for the storage and carrying of hunting weapons when hunting with personal weapons, or a permit for the carrying of hunting weapons and ammunition obtained for temporary use during the hunt from the hunting grounds user in the manner established by the Ministry of Forestry jointly with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, when hunting with their use.

Hunting conducted by a citizen without obtaining the documents specified in the first part of this paragraph shall be considered hunting without proper authorisation, which entails consequences in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
