The Lepel District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection informs that the unauthorised removal and transplanting of wild plants belonging to species included in the Red Book from their habitats, as well as their illegal trade, removal, and any other actions that may lead to the death, reduction in numbers, or disruption of the habitat of such plants, are prohibited. For this violation, guilty persons will be brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 16.8 of the Code of Administrative Offences. Violators will face a fine.
