The Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Women's Union has nominated 10 delegates to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly. Among them is Elena Golovchits, chairperson of the primary trade union organization of KSUP "Dokshitskaya PMK-52":

— Being a delegate to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly is a great honor for me. At the same time, I feel a great responsibility: now I can directly participate in resolving the most important issues for the country. I consider the further socio-economic development of the state and the strengthening of peace, stability, and security in our country to be the main priorities today. I see my task as proving once again that the voice of a woman, even from a small region, sounds confident. We, women, are active and initiative-taking, we can and know how to do a lot, we are capable of solving issues locally, thus working for the benefit of the entire republic. We will listen to the President and jointly decide on the direction of future progress.
