Today, the delegate of the All-Belarusian People's Congress Andrey Bolotnik shared his personal emotions and impressions from the two intensive days of the meeting with the staff of the Territorial Center for Social Services of the Lepel District.
– My main task is to convey to you the decisions that were made during the All-Belarusian People's Congress, — noted Andrey Leonidovich.
The speaker described how the meeting took place, what topics were raised, and what decisions were made by the participants.
An important outcome of the meeting was the approval of key documents – the Concept of National Security and the Military Doctrine of our state. The new version of the Concept of National Security of the Republic of Belarus is designed to make our lives fulfilling, to secure the country and people, and to protect them from threats and their sources. As for the Military Doctrine, it emphasizes that Belarus is a peace-loving country that threatens no one, and attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of the state, let alone the threat of the use of military force or aggression, will be suppressed using all available potential.
Also, those present had the opportunity to ask questions:
— Many citizens live in rural areas where they use stove heating. In our district, there is no stove-setter whom one could turn to.
A question on a sports topic was also raised:
— Previously, numerous football competitions were held in the district, our team was one of the strongest in the republic. How can this tradition be revived?
Andrey Leonidovich promised to consider the issues within his powers.
