A delegation of youth representatives from the Vitebsk region, led by Vyacheslav Durnov, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee, participated in the 46th Congress of the "BRSM" Youth Union in Minsk.

The delegation also included the First Secretary of the Lepel District Committee of the "BRSM" Public Association, Ekaterina Baranovskaya.

A new youth leader was elected at the 46th Congress of the "BRSM" Public Association.

Vladimir Sergeevich Pavlovsky has been elected as the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" Public Association.
