Delegates from the Vitebsk region are meeting with work collectives and participating in dialogue platforms in all regions.
The Central District Library of Senno became a venue where delegates of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly, led by Oleg Makarevich, Chairman of the District Executive Committee, spoke to young people about an important historical event that took place the day before at the Palace of the Republic.
During the event, the tragedy at the Chernobyl NPP was also touched upon. It was exactly 38 years ago today since that terrible accident. At the end of the meeting, Svetlana Berulina, Chairperson of the Youth Parliament under the District Council of Deputies, presented the information and educational project "Youth Shield".
At the Vitebsk MITSO University, Elena Nefedova, Chairperson of the Vitebsk Regional Organization of Trade Unions of State Institution Workers, Deputy of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, and delegate of the VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly, spoke to trainees of advanced training courses for public labour protection inspectors of primary organisations of the Vitebsk regional organisation of trade unions of state institution workers about the Concept of National Security and the Military Doctrine of the Republic of Belarus, which were approved at the meeting of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
