A man's main calling is not business and career, but family and fatherhood. The man who understands and accepts this is truly fulfilled and happy.

And what about our Lepel region? Over the past five years, the youngest father was a 17-year-old boy, and the oldest was a 54-year-old man.
The average age when a man becomes a father is 29 years old, and the largest number of fathers are between 25 and 35 years old. This is expected, as it is at this age that young people most often begin to think about the future of their family and the continuation of their lineage.
The status of fathers with many children does not scare our men: since 2015, 347 men have become happy fathers of three children, 70 fathers have had four children, 23 people have proudly called themselves fathers of five children, and three fathers from Lepel are immensely happy with their six children, and one father – you won't believe it – has seven children! Moreover, the youngest child was born 19 years after the eldest was born.
As is known, children are not always born within marriage. Sometimes young fathers, not wishing to register their relationship, establish paternity. The average age of such fathers is 34 years. However, the number of applications for paternity establishment is decreasing year by year. So, if in 2013, 122 paternity establishments were registered in the district, then in the last couple of years, this figure has not exceeded 40 applications. This indicates that parents have become more responsible in planning their families and the arrival of children.
It is never too late to acknowledge a newborn child as your own. Sometimes paternity is established after the child has reached the age of majority. For example, one father "matured" to officially recognize himself as the father of his adult 25-year-old son.
