In total, more than 190 children from this category will receive medical treatment and health improvement in 2023.
For 18 years, "Zhemchuzhina" has been continuously implementing events for the organisation of sanatorium-resort treatment for children, financed under the Union State programme. During this period, over 4.6 thousand children from regions of Belarus and Russia most affected by the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster have undergone rehabilitation and health improvement here.

- The number of Union State programme events concerning youth increases annually. However, it is not the quantity that matters, but their quality and focus. And today, there is a unified focus – patriotic education, unity, and cohesion of our peoples. The initiative for such events should come from the youth; it should not be imposed from above. During the dialogue platform, we learned what our young people want, what our youth wants,-
noted the Head of the Representation of the Standing Committee of the Union State in Minsk, Maryanna Shchetkina.
