A member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Viktor Azaronok, held a direct telephone line for residents of Lepel, Beshenkovichi, and Chashniki districts.

  For example, one appeal concerned the issue of transport links from a village to the district center of Chashniki. Due to the irregular bus service, the woman could not get to the doctor: she booked an appointment but could not arrive on time. And not everyone can afford a taxi.

  All issues have been taken under the personal control of the parliamentarian.

  "Receiving citizens, holding direct telephone lines are an important part of a deputy's work. For deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, communication with voters not only provides an opportunity to help a person in a difficult situation but also allows identifying imperfections in legislative acts in order to make adjustments to them later. Thus, legislation is improved to work for the benefit of our society," said Viktor Vladimirovich.
