A member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Viktor Azaryonok, held a direct telephone line for residents of Beshenkovichsky, Lepelsky and Chashniksky districts and a personal reception of citizens at the Lepel Rural Executive Committee.

Among the received appeals are issues concerning the connection of electric heating to residential premises, the provision of social and rental housing, and housing and communal services issues.

- When processing citizens' appeals, close interaction with local authorities and relevant services is necessary. This helps to comprehensively study the existing problem and promptly determine the optimal ways to resolve it. Thus, today, thanks to the coordinated work with the Lepel District Executive Committee and the Lepel District Electric Networks, several appeals were considered during the reception, and decisions on them were communicated to the applicants.

Some appeals require more detailed consideration; all applicants are given the necessary explanations and recommendations, and responsible persons are given instructions.
