Deputies of Lepel district met today at the regular seventh session of the twenty-ninth convocation of the Lepel District Council of Deputies.

The meeting of the corps began with pleasant moments - Snezha Titova, Chairperson of the Standing Commission of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies on Social Affairs and Youth Policy, Head of the Vitebsk Regional Branch of the Republican Centre for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment, presented well-deserved awards to the residents of Lepel.

Lyudmila Glushana, a doctor at the Lepel Military Sanatorium, was awarded an Honorary Certificate of the Republican Centre for Health Improvement and Sanatorium-Resort Treatment.

Tatsiana Sankovich, a physiotherapist nurse at the "Zhemchuzhina" centre.

A letter of gratitude from the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee was presented to Olga Bykova.

Implementation of the State Programme "Education and Youth Policy" for 2021-2025 - this was the main item on the agenda.

Oksana Lyasun, Deputy Head of the Education Department of the District Executive Committee, delivered a report on the topic. Other speakers supplemented her presentation.
