The State Automobile Inspectorate recommends that drivers comply with the established rules. Due to their technical characteristics and design features, quad bikes are not intended for use in road traffic. Their owners must choose such locations for travel that do not pose a threat to the safety of citizens or cause damage to the environment and agricultural lands.
Upon identification of offenses committed by all-terrain vehicle drivers, measures for ensuring criminal and administrative proceedings will be applied in the established manner, including the detention and compulsory towing of the vehicle to a secured parking lot.
