As part of the "Our Children" campaign, young resident of Lepel district Zakhar Silvanovich received his gift.

He is a boy with a big heart, a strong spirit, and a firm belief in miracles. On the eve of the New Year, Zakhar's family was visited by Igor Urban, Chairman of the Lepel District Council of Deputies, and Tatyana Vaitekhovich, Director of the Lepel District Center for Correctional and Developmental Education and Rehabilitation.

From the Vitebsk Regional Association of Local Councils of Deputies, the child was presented with special walkers, which will help make the boy's life even more comfortable and mobile.

Zakhar's mother, father, and older brother are doing everything possible to ensure the boy grows up healthy, intelligent, developed, and, of course, happy.
