On December 2, at 13:44, eyewitnesses reported a fire in a MAZ truck on 1-ya Zavodskaya Street in the city of Lepel. Rescuers arrived at the scene of the incident within minutes and extinguished the fire. The fire damaged the cabin and engine compartment of the vehicle. The cause of the fire is being established. Most likely, a short circuit in the vehicle's electrical wiring led to the fire.
