Around 240,000 schoolchildren from large families in our country will receive a one-off financial assistance payment.

A one-time financial assistance is provided regardless of the family's income.

The amount of assistance is 30% of the BPM (Basic Pension Minimum) effective August 1, 2025, for each schoolchild in the family.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection reminded that for financial assistance, one should apply to the labour, employment and social protection authority at the place of residence/stay of the parent. In Minsk, as well as in a number of districts of Brest, Vitebsk and Grodno regions, applications should be submitted at the child's place of study.

Applications were accepted starting in July.
