A Unified Passenger Day will be held today at railway stations in all regional centers of Belarus, as well as in Baranovichi and Orsha. This was reported to BELTA by the press center of Belarusian Railway.

"We are continuing to communicate with passengers in a new format. In all cities on December 30, passengers will be able to ask representatives of the Belarusian railway questions in oral and written forms at the same time - from 14:00 to 17:00," the press center said.

The event will be attended by managers and specialists of the passenger service of the administration and departments of Belarusian Railway, as well as station and terminal managers.

Specialists noted that the practice of holding a Unified Passenger Day is planned to be continued in 2016.

The press center also reminded that today Belarusian Railway and OJSC "ASB Belarusbank" will present a new loyalty program for payment bank cardholders. This event will take place at the Minsk-Passazhirsky station terminal.

From December 30, all holders of Belarusbank plastic cards will receive a bonus cashback of 3% to 5% when purchasing tickets on the official website of the railway, depending on the card type. The maximum bonus will be available to holders of Visa Gold, MasterCard Gold, Visa Platinum, MasterCard World Black Edition cards.

Funds will be credited for orders from Br500 thousand. Thus, as noted by Belarusian Railway, it will be beneficial to buy a ticket in one order not only for yourself but also for friends. "For example, when purchasing reserved seat tickets from Minsk to Moscow and back, a family of four can save up to Br240 thousand," specialists explained.

Belarusian Railway introduced a new format for communicating with passengers in the spring of this year with the aim of studying the opinions of transport service users, ensuring feedback, and developing measures to improve services. Belarusian Railway held its first Unified Passenger Day on March 26, 2015. Communication in the new format received positive public feedback.

The press center noted that a public opinion poll on improving passenger services has been organized on the official website of Belarusian Railway. "We are open to communication with passengers and ready to listen to their wishes," emphasized the representatives of Belarusian Railway.
