The Lepel Branch of Vitebskobltop UE is engaged in supplying the needs of the population, enterprises, and institutions of the city and district that do not have central heating with local types of solid fuel (peat briquettes, firewood).

Solid fuel is supplied to consumers at fixed retail prices:

• Residents of the city: upon presentation of a fuel coupon and an identity document. For the initial purchase of solid fuel at fixed retail prices, city residents must present a certificate of residential premises occupied in the given locality and family composition, and an identity document, based on which a fuel coupon will be issued in two copies. One copy is kept in the Lepel Branch's card file, the other is issued to the consumer;

• Residents of rural settlements: based on lists of consumers in need of solid fuel, indicating the consumer's surname, given name, patronymic, and address, provided by executive committees, a fuel coupon, and an identity document;
