Investments

In 2025, 197.8 million roubles of investment in fixed capital were directed towards the development of the district's economy (176.2% compared to the 2024 level at comparable prices). In 2025:

• the modernisation of the woodworking production of the DOC "Domzheritsy" of the GPO "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve" was completed;

• construction of a kindergarten in Lepel for 230 places was underway;

• a multi-apartment residential building at Sadovaya Street, house 7, in the village of Domzheritsy, Lepel District, was commissioned;

• 8381 sq. metres of housing were commissioned, including 7004 sq. metres of individual housing construction.

In 2026, the implementation of the following infrastructure projects is planned:

• commissioning of a kindergarten in Lepel for 230 places;

• "Construction of a multi-apartment residential building at Shkolnaya Street, 4a in Lepel";

• "Reconstruction of the canteen building at the address: Lepel District, village Borovka, 25/b (including design and survey work)". KUP DROTS "Zhemchuzhina".

Key prospective projects for 2026:

• completion of the project "Organisation of production of tractor cabin parts 'Belarus' with the introduction of innovative technological processes", OJSC "Lepel Repair and Mechanical Plant";

• Organisation of production and sale of bakery products, Lepel Bakery Branch of OJSC "Vitebskhlebprom";

• "Reconstruction of the 'Zoryanka' hunting farm base", LLC "Tourist Complex 'Zoryanka'";

• "Motor road R-46 Lepel-Polotsk-border of the Russian Federation (Yukhovichi) km 0.000-km 61.500" (Lepel District).
