State Registration and Liquidation (Cessation of Activity) of Business Entities

State registration of business entities is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur.

State registration of business entities of Lepel District, with the exception of commercial organisations with the participation of foreign and international organisations, is carried out by the Lepel District Executive Committee on a declarative basis on the day of submission of documents required for its conduct.

State registration of commercial organisations with the participation of foreign and international organisations is carried out by the Main Justice Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
