As part of the launched republican campaign "Focus on Children!", employees of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations checked the safety knowledge of visitors to the "Tri Tseny" (Three Prices) store.

Children and their parents responded with interest to the rescuers' questions and took part in thematic contests and quizzes.

Representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke with adult shoppers about child safety, gave examples of fires caused by children's mischief, and explained the consequences of "not child's play". Rescuers informed parents about the information campaign "Elements Have No Heart!", which is aimed at solving this social problem.

– Remember that children should never be left alone at home, even for a few minutes, – emphasized an inspector from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

For the children, the rescuers conducted the game "Safety Diary", during which the boys and girls completed tasks, reviewed rules of conduct at home and outdoors, and practiced the algorithm of actions in case of a fire.

– If a fire breaks out in an apartment, you must leave it immediately, do not hide anywhere, inform adults, and call rescuers at numbers 101 or 112, – the rescue service representatives taught the children.

For correct answers, the children received prizes, gifts, and useful educational materials on life safety.
