The focus was on the upcoming elections.
"Belarus has effectively launched the largest electoral campaign in recent years. As early as February, the Unified Voting Day will be held, following which we will elect deputies of all levels – from rural councils to the House of Representatives," noted the Chairman of the Council, Yuri Mily.
It was noted that the district's public organizations are already actively participating in the preparatory stage of the upcoming electoral campaign.
The meeting also discussed preparations for upcoming memorable dates, including the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the district and Belarus from the Nazi invaders, the 585th anniversary of Lepel, the 35th anniversary of the Afghan Veterans Organization, and the holding of the republican campaigns "Our Children" and "With All Our Heart."
