The job fairs will be held on the portal of the State Employment Service of the Republic of Belarus. "Currently, the development of a resource to facilitate their organisation is planned. Job seekers will be able to view vacancies available in the capital and regional labour markets online and send their resumes to employers," explained Zhanna Romanovich.
Concurrently, the practice of holding traditional job fairs, both city-wide and mini-fairs, as well as enterprise days, will continue. Their effectiveness has been proven in practice.
