When crossing the roadway, it is necessary to move at the speed of a walking pedestrian, ensuring that entering the roadway is safe.

When using personal mobility devices, it is necessary to move along the bicycle path, and in its absence – along the sidewalk, pedestrian path or shoulder, without creating obstacles for other pedestrians.

When riding a personal mobility device during darkness and (or) in conditions of insufficient road visibility, the pedestrian must identify themselves with a retro-reflective element (elements), and the personal mobility device must be equipped with and have switched on a headlight (lamp) that allows timely detection of obstacles to traffic.
