5 May, Vitebsk /Alena Tikhonova - BELTA/. Estonian visas can now be obtained in Vitebsk, the Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Vitebsk informed BELTA.
Starting from 15 May 2013, the Consulate of the Republic of Latvia in Vitebsk represents the Republic of Estonia in issuing short-stay Schengen visas, if Estonia is the main destination of the visit.
The Consulate of Latvia in Vitebsk accepts documents for Estonian visas in the same manner as for Latvian visas. Document submission is accepted daily from Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 12:00. Those wishing to submit documents for an Estonian visa at the consulate in Vitebsk do not need to register in advance; documents are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. They are processed within one week (five working days).
