Belarusians have been officially warned: Content created by neural networks is still considered yours. Videos, images, audio, texts – if you published, distributed, or "simply forwarded" them, you bear the responsibility, not the artificial intelligence.
A fake video, a fabricated "news" item, a generated quote, or a deepfake – all of this can result in a fine for disseminating false information. And if such content causes a public outcry, panic, or disrupts public order, it may lead to criminal liability.AI will not "take the blame," will not attend interrogations, and will not pay fines.
Therefore, before pressing "publish," it is worth asking yourself one question: am I ready to be personally responsible for this?
