The annual District Volleyball Cup was held at the Agrarian-Technical College. Teams are formed based on enterprises and educational institutions, and individuals can also participate.
This season, 10 teams competed: 6 women's and 4 men's.
For two days, teams from SPF "Zaozerie", DRSU 202, the Lyceum, and the College vied for prizes. On the first day, students competed. Victory went to the College team. On the second day, the DRSU 202 team confidently and skillfully sent the ball to the opponent's court. Assessing the situation, the captain of SPF "Zaozerie" requested a time-out from the referee, rallied the players, and pointed out mistakes – a completely different game ensued. However, the road construction workers celebrated victory in the second half. In the battle for first and second place, DRSU 202 yielded to the College team, which fans had predicted an undisputed victory for even before the competition began. The winning team included athletes who represent the district at regional competitions: Nikita Gaidukov, Roman Ovseev, Dmitry Staraseled, and Vitaly Melosh. The third place went to the educational institution "Lepel State Professional Lyceum".
