Monthly differentiated allowances have been established in Belarus for employees of state-funded organisations and other organisations receiving subsidies, whose employees are equated in terms of remuneration to employees of state-funded organisations. This decision is contained in Resolution No. 100 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, which comes into force on 1 November of the current year, the Ministry informed BELTA correspondent. According to Government Resolution No. 1310, as of 1 October, the first-category tariff rate was increased from Br118 thousand to Br151 thousand, an increase of 28%. By the same resolution, from 1 November of this year, monthly differentiated allowances ranging from Br240 thousand to Br16 thousand have been introduced for the remuneration of employees in the public sector. The specific amounts of these allowances by tariff categories (from 1st to 27th) are established by Resolution No. 100 of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. The monthly differentiated allowances are as follows: from 1st to 2nd category - Br240 thousand; from 2nd to 3rd category - Br238 thousand; from 3rd to 4th category - Br226 thousand; from 4th to 5th category - Br224 thousand; from 5th to 6th category - Br222 thousand; from 6th to 7th category - Br220 thousand; from 7th to 8th category - Br219 thousand; from 8th to 9th category - Br217 thousand; from 9th to 10th category - Br215 thousand; from 10th to 11th category - Br214 thousand; from 11th to 12th category - Br212 thousand; from 12th to 13th category - Br210 thousand; from 13th to 14th category - Br208 thousand; from 14th to 15th category - Br205 thousand; from 15th to 16th category - Br198 thousand; from 16th to 17th category - Br188 thousand; from 17th to 18th category - Br177 thousand; from 18th to 19th category - Br166 thousand; from 19th to 20th category - Br153 thousand; from 20th to 21st category - Br141 thousand; from 21st to 22nd category - Br127 thousand; from 22nd to 23rd category - Br111 thousand; from 23rd to 24th category - Br94 thousand; from 24th to 25th category - Br76 thousand; from 25th to 26th category - Br57 thousand; from 26th to 27th category - Br37 thousand; for the 27th category - Br16 thousand. It should be emphasized that monthly differentiated allowances do not form a tariff rate (salary) and are not taken into account when calculating bonuses, increments, and other incentive and compensatory payments.-0-
