In February, the Supervision and Prevention Department of the Lepel District Department for Emergency Situations conducted selective inspections of CTUP "Avers-Lepel" and monitoring of the dormitory of GP "Lepelskaya PMS" at the address: Lepel, Orshanskoye Shosse, 1; OOO "LeburOkhotInvest" at the address: Lepel District, Dolgoye village; OOO "Master Shik" at the address: Lepel, Partizanskaya Street, 19; and the Healthcare Institution "Lepel Regional Psychiatric Hospital".
During the inspections, it was established that CTUP "Avers-Lepel" and the dormitory of GP "Lepelskaya PMS" were not fully complying with the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire and general fire safety requirements at the facility. OOO "LeburOkhotInvest" and OOO "Master Shik" were not fully complying with the requirements for ensuring safe evacuation in case of fire. No violations of fire safety requirements were identified at the Healthcare Institution "Lepel Regional Psychiatric Hospital".
Evacuation plans for fire or other emergency situations were practiced with employees, along with briefings on fire safety rules.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety", heads of organisations are responsible for ensuring fire safety and fire prevention regimes within their respective organisations.
