The finalists revealed their experience, philosophy, and pedagogical creed in the most creative forms. Games, songs, original poems, and even an original cake recipe — each performance became a convincing and sincere story about the teacher's personality.
The performances were so vibrant and unconventional that they once again proved: a modern pedagogue is always an artist, an innovator, and an inspirer.
We remind you that the republican competition "Teacher of the Year" is held every three years and invariably becomes a significant event in the educational environment. Its goal is not only to identify the best of the best but also to show society how modern pedagogy is developing, what talents lead the new generation.
The names of the best teachers of this year in Lepel district have been announced.
The competition has become an important event in the lives of educators. For them, it is a new
motivation for development and creativity, a school of professional growth, and a tool for public
recognition.
For two months, the participants went through this marathon. They all teach different subjects, work in different educational institutions, have different education and work experience, and different qualification categories, but they are all united by a creative approach to their work and a love for their profession.
The winners are:
1st place: Lyudmila Semiletova, Borovskaya Secondary School named after G.K. Zhukov;
Snezhana Chepik, Secondary School No. 1 of Lepel in the nomination "Young Teacher"
2nd place: Natalia Borodich, Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov;
3rd place: Victoria Zhernousek, Gymnasium named after I.M. Erashov.
