18 July, Vitebsk / Diana Kurilo - BELTA/. The final chord of the XXI International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk" will sound today, reports BELTA correspondent. The festive closing of the festival will be marked by another star-studded concert. It will feature Alsou, Nadezhda Babkina and the "Russkaya Pesnya" ensemble, Alexander Marshal, Nyusha, Soso Pavliashvili, Victoria Aleshko, Inna Afanasyeva, Irina Dorofeeva, Alexander Tikhanovich and Yadviga Poplavskaya, the groups "Chisty Golos", Litesound, Nikolai Gnatiuk, and the duet Potap and Nastya. But this will be in the evening. The day, as always at the festival, will be filled with various events. The main ones will be the gala concert and the awarding of the winners of the jubilee X International Children's Music Competition "Vitebsk-2012". In honour of the first anniversary of the children's competition, its winners and laureates from different years will perform at the gala concert. Lolita, the outrageous but sincere singer, will give a solo concert at the Summer Amphitheatre. The theatrical project will conclude with a performance by the K. Stanislavsky Moscow Drama Theatre of M. Bulgakov's play "Molière". The "City of Masters" and the open-air vernissage will continue their work. Belarusian delicacies have not run out in the trade rows, which stretch for ten kilometres. Despite it being a weekday, tens of thousands of townspeople and city guests can be expected to come out for an evening promenade today. -0-
