This year, 152 young specialists have joined the workforces of Lepel District.

Today, a large-scale forum is being held for them, which will provide young employees with an opportunity not only to meet and communicate but also to learn more about the Lepel region.

The participants arrived at the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, where an interactive programme has been prepared for them – games, contests, and team tasks that helped the youth to unite and establish friendly relations.

The young specialists did not miss the opportunity to take photos against the backdrop of picturesque landscapes and share their impressions with friends!

The Centre for Environmental Education, which the young specialists visited today, was no less impressive with its elegance.

It is a modern multifunctional space equipped with the latest video and audio technologies.

An engaging excursion through the unique Museum of Reserve Management was also organised for the youth here.

By the way, the excursion for the young people was conducted by Oleg Shafarovich, the winner of the regional stage of the professional skills competition "SuperPROFI-2025".

On November 20, Oleg will take part in the republican stage of the competition in Minsk!

The visit to the Museum of Nature of the Berezinsky Reserve was no less impressive, where the participants learned many fascinating facts about bison, bears, beavers, and other representatives of Belarusian fauna.
