The forum has become a traditional platform for young specialists to meet with the leadership of our district.

Its format is an open and mutually interesting dialogue, during which issues concerning young people were raised.

The plenary session began with a film screening about the Lepel district.

This was followed by a dialogue session with the Chairman of the Lepel District Executive Committee, Mikhail Kiselevich, and the Director of the State Nature Protection Institution "Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve", Andrey Prokoshin.

Addressing the youth, Mikhail Leonidovich emphasized that he places significant hopes on them, especially regarding their fresh perspective on the development of various spheres in the district.

– If you need support, we are always ready to listen and help. I wish you continuous development both in your professional activities and in your personal lives. All the necessary conditions for this are created in our district: we have a developed infrastructure for creative pursuits, physical culture and sports, and we are also ready to include the most talented individuals in the personnel reserve for leadership positions.

Andrey Prokoshin also shared his wishes for the young specialists.

He also noted that the conscientious work of each person is important for the common good.
