For driving a vehicle while intoxicated, the administrative penalty depends on the concentration of alcohol in the blood or its vapour in the exhaled air: from 0.3 to 0.8 per mille – 100 base units with deprivation of the right to drive for 3 years; over 0.8 per mille – 200 base units with deprivation of the right to drive for 5 years.
For committing this violation repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, criminal liability is provided.Traffic Police warns
