This musical gift was presented to the festival audience during the Union State Days at the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk".
Welcoming the guests, the Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Alexander Subbotin, expressed his immense gratitude to the Standing Committee and the State Secretary of the Union State, Dmitry Mezentsev.
– You bring diverse artists to the "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", and this makes our festival more colourful and interesting, – said Alexander Subbotin. – Opera has always been one of the most profound, foundational arts in culture. To touch the mystery of classical music and gain vivid impressions is one of the highlights of the festival.
The State Secretary of the Union State, Dmitry Mezentsev, also shared his views on the forum, which accommodates various art genres.
– We are grateful for the opportunity to be co-organisers of this unique celebration, which for the 32nd time has delighted Vitebsk, Belarus and Russia, our friends in the post-Soviet space and in other countries with an amazing programme, – said Dmitry Mezentsev.
He also noted that the "Slavianski Bazaar" has become an integral part of our spiritual Slavic tradition:
– We do not close our doors to anyone. Our hearts are open to musical art, to friends, to partners. We build relationships on the foundation of friendship, trust, and equality.
