Article 311. Guarantees provided to a donor who has donated blood, its components on a gratuitous basis
A donor who has donated blood, its components on a gratuitous basis shall be provided with guarantees, at their request, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by this Article.
On the day of performing donor functions during working hours, employees shall be released from work with retention of their average earnings for that day, and servicemen, commanding and rank-and-file personnel shall be released from performing military service (service) duties with retention of their monetary allowance for that day. On the day of performing donor functions, students shall be released from classes.
The retention of average earnings for employees for the day stipulated by the second part of this Article shall be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, provided that the obligation established by the fifth paragraph of Article 30 of this Law is fulfilled, at the employer's expense, and servicemen, commanding and rank-and-file personnel shall retain their monetary allowance at their place of military service (service).
Donors who have donated blood, its components on a gratuitous basis shall be provided with free meals in the manner established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition to the guarantees provided for by the second and fourth parts of this Article, the donor shall be provided with one day of rest (day of release from performing military service (service) duties) without retention of average earnings (monetary allowance). The specified day of rest may be added to the donor's annual leave (leave for servicemen) or used at another time.
Donors who have donated blood at least 20 times, and plasma, leukocytes, platelets at least 40 times, shall be awarded
