The Traffic Police Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee presented awards to journalists from district and regional publications for their extensive coverage of the State Automobile Inspectorate's activities.

The event was held in a press conference format, where participants discussed issues of ensuring road traffic safety on the roads of the Vitebsk region.

The meeting concluded with the awarding of the best media representatives of the northern region. The jury selected the best in 11 nominations.

The newspaper "Lepelski Krai" became a laureate in the nomination "Traffic Police and Media – Together for Road Safety".

Awards to the winners of the creative competition were presented by the Head of the Traffic Police Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Police Colonel Mikhail Dyadichkin.
