From the protocol: "Two minor girls, while walking in the city park, stole a clutch bag hanging on the playground. The personal item was left unattended for 15 minutes by a 15-year-old young man."

The young lawbreakers took the property, moved away from the park, and looked into the bag. Inside, the girls found a mobile phone in a case and 7 rubles. The residents of Lepel divided the money among themselves, removed the case for their own use, and threw the clutch bag and mobile phone into the Ulla River.

Some time later, on the online platform "Kufar," the mother of the phone's owner came across an advertisement for the sale of a familiar mobile phone case.

The commission carefully examined all the details of the crime and held an individual conversation with the legal representatives of the girls. The parents were urged to coordinate their actions and efforts in raising their children. Praising more often, meeting the child's needs and interests, and not arguing with children over every trifle – these were the recommendations given by the specialists.

It should be noted that a total of about ten protocols were considered at the meeting. It is important to understand that the main goal of the commission members is to provide assistance and support.

- Our commission allows us to timely identify the causes and conditions of children's misconduct and carry out preventive work with them, as well as with their parents who do not properly fulfill their parental duties," noted Tatyana Chesnokova, Deputy Chairperson of the Commission for Juvenile Affairs.
