As part of the Year of Belarusian Women, we continue to tell the stories of women from Lepel who serve as role models. They are either retired or rushing to work, opening office doors, treating patients, and making important decisions. They differ in experience and age. We want you to see our wonderful women – alive, strong, and very relatable – behind these short stories.
Olga Sushko has been working as a labor economist at the state institution "Center for Ensuring the Activities of Budgetary Organizations of the Lepel District" since April 2020. She began her career in 2008 at CJSC "Vitebskagroproduct."During her tenure, she has proven herself to be a qualified specialist with extensive experience and broad practical knowledge in her field. Her colleagues know they can always count on her support and assistance.
Olga Sushko is not only a professional in her field but also a person with high personal qualities such as determination, initiative, integrity, diligence, and conscientiousness. Over the years, she has earned trust, respect, and authority within the team.
Harmony and mutual understanding also reign in her home. Together with her husband, Vasily Nikolaevich, Olga is raising three sons – Pavel, Ivan, and Elisei.
For our heroine, being a mother and wife means fully supporting her children and husband, setting goals together, and achieving them. Every mother is a bit of a teacher, a psychologist, and a best friend. She must pass on the most important values to her child and support them in all circumstances.
Surrounded by her three sons, our heroine finds true maternal happiness, and the head of the family, Vasily Nikolaevich, sets an example by fostering indifference and kindness in the children.
Olga Anatolyevna's family is a model of love, hard work, and family happiness.
